Are you a clinician working in stroke care within the Southwestern Ontario Stroke Network Region?

If so, you are eligible to apply for funding of up to $500 per fiscal year to support your participation in stroke-related educational events.

An application review committee will review the funding applications and determine your eligibility. The committee strives to ensure fair representation throughout the region and across the stroke care continuum when considering applications. Applications will be reviewed twice per year.
